Our signature dish is the buckwheat noodles with perilla oil, made with perilla oil squeezed directly from the mill, creating a rich and delicious flavor. The unique way to eat it is to pour in radish kimchi broth after eating half of it and mix it for a different taste.

We also make all our seasoning sauces, including the sauce for fresh fish slices, with artisanal skills. Of course, we also make our own kimchi and radish kimchi.
