“The Noodle Man” is a udon specialty restaurant that welcomes guests in a cozy setting at a small scale store. The store is decorated with souvenirs brought by the owner couple themselves from their trip to Japan.

The udon noodles, which are pulled using a method called jokta after being aged for 18 hours, boast a chewy texture. The main menu, tempura udon and tonkatsu set meal, are perfect for a satisfying meal.

The store is open daily from 11:30 am to 10 pm, with the last order being at 9 pm. Please note that we are closed on Wednesdays, so make sure to check before visiting. Parking is available in front of the store, and there are public parking lots nearby for your convenience.
